For reps:

3 rounds (1 min rest between rounds)

Max reps db push press

Max reps db bench

Max reps Plyo push up (on 20lb med ball)

*Count total number of reps.  This is a good pre or post workout chest exploder.













We used 50# dbs for push press and 70# dbs for bench
