Red got this workout from a fellow Combat Challenge competitor, Jeff Leonard, who is currently one of the fastest in the world.

Proceed with caution…

5-10 mins of warm up and stretching

5 rounds with 1 min rest between rounds
24 squats
24 squat jumps
24 walking lunges (12 each leg)
24 split squats (12 each leg)

then

5X5 deadlift with 2 min rest between sets

then

5 rounds with 30 sec rest between rounds
10 DB bench
10 bent rows

then

5 rounds with 1 min rest between rounds
10 pull ups
10 kettlebell swings
10 knees to elbow

10-20 mins of cool down and stretching
