30 Wall Balls with a 20# ball must be UNBROKEN!

  • Rest 2:1

20 Wall Balls with a 20# ball must be UNBROKEN!

  • Rest 2:1 

50 Burpees w/ 6″ target

20 Wall Balls with a 20# ball must be UNBROKEN!

  • Rest 2:1

30 Wall Balls with a 20# ball must be UNBROKEN!

 

REST: How ever long it takes you to complete the burpees, you must rest for twice as long (IE: 1 min for 30 burpees = 2min of rest)

6″ Target: Find a pullup bar, rings, mark above a door or something that is 6″ above your fingertips with arms extended straight overhead. Hit this target with your hands at the top of each burpee)

 

Score is your total time including rest.
