Do these four events in any order you choose.  Rest exactly 3 minutes in-between and time each one individually.

1000 Meter Row

50 Pull Ups

1 Mile Run

50 Burpees

Ford: 10:03 run and then quit because he had to take a shower

Neitling: 3:18 Row- 3:07 Pull ups – 7:43 Run – Burpees 3:10

Tilton: 7:39 Run – 4:01 Burpee – 4:07 Pull ups – 3:54 Row
