With the treadmill set at 7.5mph and 15% incline; accumulate 5 minutes of running. Have one clock set for your overall time and start and stop the other clock to keep track of your 5 min accumulated.
Then rest approx. 10 min and perform the following for time in any order:
100 pushups
100 squats
100 situps
Korn: 8:33 on treadmill and decided he was too “Fit” and didn’t need to do the 2nd portion
Neitling: 8:47 on Treadmill and 10:46 on 2nd part
Tilton: 9:16 on Treadmill and 9:24 on 2nd part
