With your partner: (Rower set @ 10 and you must use a reverse grip with palms facing up) 

50 wall Balls (20#) —    Partner must Row until all 50 wall balls are completed. Then switch and repeat!

50 KB Swings (35#) — Partner must Row until all 50 KB Swings are completed. Then switch and repeat!

50 Air Squats —           Partner must Row until all 50 squats are completed. Then switch and repeat!

 

Score will be your total time in seconds, subtracted from your total meters rowed.
