Today we had the pleasure of working out with the fine outstanding crew at Station 7.  It was just like herding kittens but we got it done!

 

Workout:

4 minutes of Tabata (20 sec on and 10 sec off) with each exercise below:

1. Treadmill at 7.5mph and 15% grade

2. Squats

3. Bench Press w/ 135lbs

4. DB Thrusters w/ 30lbs

5. KB swing

6. Burpee
