This is a great new addition to the workout gear everyone should have at their stations.  It’s a 1.5″ jump rope.  A good goal is to try and a get 100 jump in under a minute.  Here’s a link to purchase one:



5 rounds with 1 minute rest after each round

Set a  clock for 3 minutes:

5 burpees

10 Toes to Bar

15 Box Jumps

*with the time remaining do as many 20 pound Wall Balls as possible

** Score is the total wall balls you complete each round
