50 Thrusters @ 70# or 2 34# DB
50 Burpess
50 Pull-ups
100 Double Unders
50 Sit-ups
50 Pushups
15 Hand stand Pushups

If theres 2 doing the workout than double the reps and do it as a partner WOD.
