5 Rounds for time:

 

15 KB swings (36 lb)

10 OHS (65 lbs)

5 Burpees to a 45 lb plate

Every 2 minutes you have to complete 400 Meter run. 2 min clock starts when you complete your run.

 

Example:

you get through 5 burpees at                  2:00           

Your run 400 meters and finish at           4:05

you now have till                                      6:05     to continue with 5 more burpees.
