Our goal in the academy isn’t necessarily to get much stronger within 10 weeks, it’s going to be on perfecting your form on the basic lifts.  This way you can bring your skill set online and get gradually stronger throughout your career.

 

Workout:

Back Squats: 7x7x7x7x7

Deadlifts: 7x7x7x7x7
