Mobility Day 2








*Wednesdays are all about mobility training/ static holds and basic body awareness.



-Isometrics as a group while 1 guy runs the tower.

– A series of ab and glut body weight stability

– Group hip release mobility stretches

– Group “smashes” with lacrosse balls
