Thursday we have been designing workouts which build teamwork and camaraderie.  The cadets need to communicate and make quick decisions on how to get the work done the fastest and most effective with the tools they have.   Academy 15-1 is really starting to come together as one unit and is only going to get stronger from here on out!

 

Workout:

Event 1:

In a team of 4 complete the following:

2500 meter row, 200 air squats, 200 Pushups, 200 abmat situps

*The winning team gets 1 point

Event 2:

In a team of 4 complete the following:

1000 single jump ropes with 2 people able to work at a time.  The other 2 members are hanging on the pull up bar.  If 1 person falls of the bar, then they must switch out with jumping rope

* The winning team gets 1 point

Event 3:

In a team of 4 complete the following:

*pick a teammate to perform each exercise based on their stregth

*Team can’t move on to next part until the prior is completed

1. 50 Deadlift @ 155lbs

2. 100 abmat situps

3. 50 shoulder to overhead w/ 75lbs

4. Run 4 laps around FTC

*Team with the least amount of points runs 1 tower suicides
