One of the best parts about Roseville Fire’s PT program, is the introduction to a wide variety of fitness genres. We bring in highly skilled strength coaches to make sure they learn proper form before doing dead-lifts or back squats for example. We run them through tough cardiovascular workouts to raise their fitness level and build a team atmosphere. We teach them about injury prevention and how to stay flexible and mobile throughout the day. We also bring in professional Yoga instructors (my lovely wife) to share aspects of fitness most of us are not accustom to.
