There were only 2 days of PT this week!  I’m sure these guys are getting in extra days throughout the weekend since they are making some big improvements. 

Workout:

9-6-3 reps

Push-ups

Push Press 65lbs or 95lbs

Wall-Walks

200m sprint

**Rest 3-5 min

 

As a team of 4 accumulate 50 toes 2 bar and 100 double unders as a team

*losing team runs the tower
