Mitchell and Stevens getting a tough Paramedic quiz this morning.  Great job on this tough workout 15-1 !!

Workout:

Complete the test below in any order and rest 3-5 min in-between:

2 min max rep Pushups

2 min max rep Sit ups

2 min max rep Double unders

1 mile on the Airdyne bike

Accumulate 5 minutes on the treadmill at 15% grade and 7.5mph
