Trevor ran the cadets through a great shoulder strengthening workout today.   Keeping our upper body strong is very important for overall body posture.  Poor posture can lead to an endless amount of indirect injuries. 

 Workout:

-A team relay for shoulder strengthening. 

-200m overhead carry every 10 steps perform 5 thrusters @ 95 lbs…one team did 75lb

-2 rounds

** deadlift practice was also revisited
