Filthy 50

Perform 50 reps of each.  If this is your first time or you feel 50 reps is too many and will take you all day to complete, do 40 reps of each.  It’s all about everyone feeling equally exhausted at the end.  Find your own hard.

50 box jumps 

50 jumping pull-ups

50 KB swing

50 Walking lunges

50 k2e’s

50 Push press

50 Back ext

50 Line runs

50 burpees

50 double unders (or 300 big rope is DU’s aren’t happening)
