Yesterday Academy 15-1 was able to try a new workout that has never been attempted here at RFD.  We promised them that if they could complete the whole thing, then they could name the workout and it will be used for all future academies.  Well, they not only completed it but crushed it!!  Fantastic job!!  It was really fun to watch these guys work together as 1 and never give up on the team.

“Fifteen One Fifty” Workout:

2 loops

Farmers carry 4 barbells with 135lbs each around Hill Top Circle.

* only 4 guys can be working at a time.  Switch as much as possible to get the best overall time as a team.
