*Perform 20 seconds on and 10 seconds of for 8 rounds.  Switch to the next excercise with only 10 seconds rest in between.  Your score is the lowest number from each excercise.

    Pushup: 22,14,8,10,9,8,7
    Situp: 12,11,10,10,9,11,11,10
