Every minute, on the minute, complete the reps of the exercise, rest the remainder of the minute, then move to the next exercise.

Complete 4 rounds of the 5 exercises, with no break, for a total of 20 minutes of work.

If you don’t finish the reps in the minute you owe 20 burpees per failure

Begin the workout and finish the workout with a 400 meter run, not on the clock.

 

1. 15 push press 65#

2. 15 box jumps

3. 20 push ups

4. 10 pull ups

5. 25 sit ups
