Workout:

Complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes of:

2 Big Box Jumps
3 Heavy Thrusters
4 Heavy Kettlebell Swings

Programming note: Complete on a one minute interval adding one rep per round. For example, round two starts at one minute and is 3 Box Jump, 4 Thrusters, 5 Kettlebell Swings. If you miss the interval before 15 minutes, immediately return to 2,3,4 and work back up.

*If you’re feeling charged, go for 20 minutes

    Ford and Irwin: 12.5 rounds in 15 minutes. The highest reps that we got to was 6,7,8.
