Run 1 lap around the tower

50 Over Head walking lunges w/ 25lbs (25 each leg)

50 Double unders or 200 singles

50 Kettle Bell Swings w/ 53lbs

50 Knees to Elbows

Run 1 lap around tower backwards

50 Wall Balls

50 Push Press w/ 45lbs

50 Burpees
